1. Copyright Infringement Policy

It is our policy to remove any content from our website that infringes on the copyrights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on zesto.online without your authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice following the procedure outlined below.

3. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice: Our team will assess the submitted information to determine whether the claim meets the requirements of the DMCA.
  2. Remove or disable access: If the material is deemed to infringe upon copyrighted content, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly.
  3. Notify the User: The user or content contributor whose content was removed will be notified, allowing them the opportunity to file a counter-notice (if applicable).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under the DMCA. To file a counter-notice, you must provide the following information:

  1. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. Statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which you are located or the district in which zesto.online is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the user.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we will notify the original complainant that the material will be reinstated unless we receive notice from the complainant of an action to seek a court order to prevent the restoration of the material. If no court action is taken within 10-14 business days, the content will be restored.

5. Repeat Infringers

zesto.online reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrights. We may also block access to infringing materials or users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.

6. Limitations of Liability

Under the DMCA, zesto.online is not liable for infringing content uploaded by users as long as we act in good faith to remove infringing material upon receiving a valid DMCA notice. The responsibility for ensuring content does not infringe on third-party copyrights lies with the user who uploads the material.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page, and the date of the last revision will be indicated at the top of the page.
